Return Policy

Summary

You can return your item to us within 60 days (from date of purchase) for a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A return case must be setup before returning an item. This can be done by our return portal. Do not return an item without setting up a return via the return portal.

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Acceptable Returns

Returns are accepted if the item is sent back to us within 60 days of purchase. Items being returned must be in the same condition sent out. Used cosmetics and fragrances cannot be returned for hygienic purposes. If you are unsure whether you can return an item please get in touch.

If the return is due to our fault (such as receiving damaged or faulty goods) we will always offer a full refund or exchange (if possible).We will provide you with a pre-paid label.

We also accept returns for items being sent back even if there is no fault with the product (such as you no longer require the product or the colour is slightly different to that expected). However, in these situations we will not cover the cost of return postage. If you paid for an expedited delivery service, this amount will not be refunded.


Non-Acceptable Returns

We cannot accept returns for used items or items with there original cellophane wrapper removed. The item must be returned in the same condition sent out with all parts included . If you are unsure whether you can return an item please get in touch .

Additionally, items returned after 60 days will not be accepted. Your item will be sent back to you.

Products with cellophane wrappers that have been opened and resealed using glue or sellotape will not be accepted as they are considered used items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

It usually takes between 3- 7 working days for your refund to be processed and appear in your bank account. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us  we will be more than happy to assist you.


Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Exchanges can only be offered if the item is still in stock. Otherwise we will issue you a refund.


Shipping Cost

If you are returning an item due to a fault caused by us, we will cover the cost of postage.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will need to cover the cost of postage.

We recommend returning items using a Signed or Tracked service so you know exactly when your item has been returned to us.
